No fail banana, blueberry and yoghurt muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup of Greek yoghurt
1 1/4 cups of SR flour (can use wholemeal or GF)
2 bananas mashed
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
If I have them- I’ll add hemp and flax seeds. Few tbs of each.
What to do:
Mix everything together
Portion into greased or silicon muffin tray
Baked on 180 for 20-30 mins
